Our founder, Brent Handy, started in the pool industry as an installer and learned every aspect of pool construction. Those early years taught him what works, what does not, and most importantly, how to do things right the first time. That experience is at the core of everything we do today.
Over the past 20 years, we have installed hundreds of fiberglass pools across North and Central Florida, including Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Nassau, St. Johns, and surrounding counties. Our Starke headquarters and Central Florida franchise in The Villages allow us to serve even more communities efficiently. Brent Handy started his journey in the pool industry as a teenage installer, learning every step of pool construction from the ground up. Over the years, he worked his way through roles as foreman and project manager, gaining firsthand experience with what works, what doesn’t, and how to do things right the first time. In 2005, Brent founded Paragon Pools with a goal to build high-quality fiberglass pools that families can enjoy without hassle. His hands-on experience, dedication to quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction continue to guide every project the company undertakes.
